Well saturday was the first day i had to bike to work at 4am. I got all the way to subway realized i had forgotten my keys at home. Why is this such a big deal you ask? Well. I need those keys to get into my little glass box, to get into the employee only area, and a few other things I shouldn't mention ... so basically I can't do my job without them. So I had to bike back up south main and get them. Here's the even better news! I had ALSO forgotten my keys to the apartment! So here I am at 4 in the morning knocking on the door trying to wake simon up so he can unlock the door for me without being too loud and disturbing the neighbors. Here's the amazing part though! I managed to get to work ONLY 5 minutes late! And I've learned recently that I am REALLY out of shape ... not that I was ever in very good shape ... that's a different matter though.

The story doesn't end there though!!! It gets better!

On Sunday after work I desided to be lazy! Bad idea! I decided to take the bus home. I had to hurry out of work. Before leaving I have to count up all the money that was left over in my drawer and drop it down this tube that goes into the safe. The bus showed up right when I was trying to do that so Kevin ran out to the bus to ask them if they would wait one sec for me but they said "no". I asked Kevin to finish up for me and he agreed and I just barely caught the bus as it came around the station.
It gets better! On the way to West Brattleboro me and two boys helped this really nice lady take her bags off the bus to her house. It felt great to help her out like that.
It only got bad from there!!! Once we got near Westgate the bus driver pulled over and stopped. He turned to me and said that this was the end of the run. ... WTF!!!! What I didn't know was that on Sundays the Beeline only runs till 3:30!!!! And I get out of work at 3pm! Gah! I was planing on getting off the bus at Pricechopper and riding down the hill past the school to get home. Really easy and quick. Next to no effort involved! It REALLY doesn't help that "that" time of the month decided to start that very morning! So I was in a REALLY bad mood! I had to bike FROM Westgate to South Main st.!!!!!!! On the way I thought about calling simon's mother and seeing if I could get a ride from her but I decided that my own stupidity had gotten me into that mess I would deal with it on my own. Who knows how long later I get in the door and simon pops his head around the corner and says the his mother and brother had just arrived! I felt like crying! I placed the bike against the wall walked into the bedroom and shut the door without saying a word. A few minutes later I came out got a glass and said hi then went and laid down on the bed again. I stayed there for almost their whole visit. After they left I told simon and he said I should have called his mother. I wish I had in a way but it also feels weird knowing that I managed to bike from Westgate here. Part of me kinda likes knowing that I can do it!!!
